We’re almost halfway through the semester, which means only one thing – it’s time for midterms. Managing the stress surrounding midterms week can be difficult, especially if you’re a first-year student who hasn’t gotten the hang of it yet. Here are five tips you can use to keep yourself from getting too overwhelmed:
1. Write things down. Too many things to do? Can’t keep them all straight? Take a second to organize your thoughts and get them down on paper. It might seem daunting to look at all your assignments written down, but having everything in one place will help you keep track of deadlines.
